Office Coordinator/Bookkeeper

Do you want to improve the lives of Florida children with serious illnesses? Camp Boggy Creek is a nonprofit organization serving children with serious illnesses and their families. The Camp is located in Eustis, Florida, but we serve children statewide and work with various children's hospitals across Florida. Camp Boggy Creek was founded by Paul Newman and General Norman Schwarzkopf and is a member of the SeriousFun Children’s Network. We are currently seeking an experienced fund raising professional for the position of Director of Outreach and Development: Jacksonville.

Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Office Coordinator / Bookkeeper’s is to complete the day to day bookkeeping transactions. In addition, this position will provide support to the Welcome Center staff, including answering phone calls, receiving visitors, processing and distribution of mail and facilitating office equipment maintenance. Responsibilities involve exposure to sensitive information and require considerable discretion, diplomacy and judgment.
