Meet Shanti Williams!

Shanti Williams is one of our AMAZING counselors and helps to bring the magic of Camp Boggy Creek to hundreds of children throughout our summer camp programs. Her work, and the work of all of our team truly changes lives.

Working as a summer camp counselor at Camp Boggy Creek is a rewarding and exciting experience. Located in Eustis, Florida, Camp Boggy Creek is a year-round camp that provides children with chronic or life-threatening illnesses the opportunity to experience the joys of summer camp in a safe and supportive environment. As a counselor, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of campers and help create a positive and memorable experience for them.

The role of a camp counselor at Camp Boggy Creek is multi-faceted. You'll be responsible for leading activities, supervising campers, and ensuring their safety throughout their session/week. This may include everything from organizing arts and crafts projects to leading canoe trips and outdoor adventures. You'll also be a role model for the campers, helping to instill confidence, independence, and a sense of community among the group.
